Pure Intent began first thing one morning after a beautiful, deep night's sleep. Mandy, from Perth WA, had been thinking of a way to easily influence her drinking water for some time and was focusing on drink coasters. She woke one morning in January 2007 with a "knowing" that it was to be holders or carriers for the 600ml water bottle, with a strap for easy carrying. Six months later the first holders were ready for sale. It was an intense journey of searching for manufacturers for the holders, labels for the bottles, lanyards, legal work and web site.

In November of that year Jo and Matt came over from Sydney for a visit. Over lunch, Jo took one look at the water bottle holders and Dr Emotos' pictures of water crystals and became Pure Intent' Eastern States representative.

Matt is an "open sceptic" however he wholeheartedly supports the idea of positive reinforcement and Mandy and Jo's passion to infuse positive vibration into everyday living.

Jo's friend Emily was also excited about Pure Intent and came to the MBS everyday to help out. She was particularly taken with Dr Emotos' Oracle Cards and within 24 hours of first picking them up she was giving outstandingly accurate intuitive psychic readings.

Eco bags and drink coasters - the original plan - came soon after and in time for Perth's Conscious Living Expo in September.
